This T&L initiative is a pilot that will enable responsive academic leadership practices by developing School disciplinary leadership teams to lead enhancement locally, and horizontally, across four disciplinary sites within the University.
Student engagement from a learner and teacher perspective will be the central theme around which the project activities will be developed, with students as partners in the process.

The project aims to:
• Identify leadership attributes which enable learning & teaching enhancement
• Create deeper organisational connectivity in the leadership of learning & teaching enhancement across disciplines
• Enable scenario planning and exploration of situated leadership and enhancement approaches
• Equip current leaders with relevant knowledge, skills and leadership practices to enable and influence collective (disciplinary) and individual enhancement activities
