National Seminar Series 2020/21
Applications are now invited for the 2020-21 National Seminar Series. The National Seminar Series gives those working in higher education the opportunity to connect with colleagues and to focus on shared interests in both the research and practice of teaching and learning enhancement. The series also creates opportunities to hear from national and international experts in different areas of teaching and learning.
Erasmus+ DELTA is a new opportunity to engage with the existing Erasmus+ mobility programme for staff in higher education. DELTA stands for Disciplinary Excellence in Learning, Teaching and Assessment and is a core concept of the work of the National Forum. This initiative is the result of a partnership between the National Forum and the Higher Education Authority, building on the success of the existing Erasmus+ mobility programmes.
Open Courses for Professional Development
This new interface is designed as a ‘one stop shop’ for those teachers in higher education who are interested in furthering their professional development. The range of open-access short courses available through the interface are the result of work by National Forum staff and by higher education colleagues across the sector. As such, this space reflects the collaborative commitment of the higher education community to ongoing professional development towards positive individual, institutional and sectoral change.
