In line with the conditions of funding, all materials produced — including educational resources, documents and other outputs — must be made available as openly licensed Open Educational Resources (OER). While teams are not required to rework or redesign outputs, materials must be provided in a shareable format and openly licensed to support knowledge exchange and sectoral development.
