VIT&L events present an opportunity to highlight the value of teaching and learning within and across local higher education contexts and to consider how the value of teaching and learning can be strengthened into the future.

This is the submission form for those interested in applying for funding to organise a VIT&L event. This form should be completed by the lead organiser of the proposed event. VIT&L events can be organised by individuals, units, local or national project teams, network/discipline groups – anyone invested in teaching and learning within the Irish higher education community who would like to host a VIT&L event during the period 08-30 November 2021. Events can be organised within one institution or across institutions and it is possible to hold multiple events within one institution.

The deadline for the submission of completed applications is 30 September 2021.

However, early submission is advised to allow event organisers to maximise the time available to plan and profile their VIT&L events. Up to €2,500 is available to cover the costs of hosting each VIT&L event.
