The 2018 National Seminar Series has been launched and will see seminars being held across 24 higher education institutions across the sector from November 2018 to June 2019. The seminars represent a valuable opportunity for those who learn, teach and lead in Irish higher education to connect with colleagues, share examples of good practice, hear about developments within their own and other institutions, and hold focused discussions on topics related to teaching and learning enhancement.
Seminars in the 2018 Series will centre on assessment in higher education, the implementation of the National Professional Development Framework across the higher education, the use of technology to maximize learning impact, policy development within and across institutions, the effective use of data to benefit learners, and how student success is defined and supported in Irish higher education.
