Learner Data is instrumental for higher education institutions to ensure student success and retention. However, with the enforcement of the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR from May 2018, the principles in the regulation must be applied to all personal data, including learner data. The latest Insight, published by the National Forum gives a brief overview of some of the main aspects of GDPR and what it will mean for higher level institutions.
