Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) team, Mary Immaculate College

The Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) team at Mary Immaculate College (MIC) has a strong track record in pedagogical innovation, with several achievements published in international journals. The DELTA award provides an opportunity for the team to take stock and collate evidence of their collective practices in primary PETE. The department sees great potential in using DELTA as a quality assurance lever for teaching and learning in their modules.

Sport & Leisure Team, from the Department of Sport, Leisure and Childhood Studies, Munster Technological University

The Sport & Leisure Team within the Department of Sport, Leisure & Childhood Studies at Munster Technological University is comprised of 14 academic staff, 3 student representatives, a dedicated sports technician supporting practical modules, a Department Secretary, and a Head of Department with specific expertise in the Sport & Leisure domain. This diverse team collectively delivers three undergraduate programmes and teaches across a broad spectrum of modules including sport, leisure, health, exercise, fitness, and sports management.

The School of Business is recognised for its comprehensive approach to business education, encompassing a wide array of disciplines within business, administration, and law.
