The proposed initiative is governed by the National Institute of Studies in Education (NISE), chaired at University of Limerick. The network group consists of three partner institutions; University of Limerick, Mary Immaculate College, and Limerick School of Art and Design. The initiative aims to expand our discipline group by establishing a national professional network to nurture creative and critical thinking teaching and learning in higher education teacher education thus enhance an inclusive understanding for/of creative and critical thinking for global challenges. The multi-disciplinary national professional network will develop a range of resources benefitting the network and broader higher education community.
